Born and raised in Peru, I grew up surrounded by bold flavors, vibrant markets, and a deep cultural respect for the art of cooking. Eight years ago, I made Branson, Missouri my home, and I've been feeding it ever since.

Before bringing my craft directly to your table, I spent years working in some of the finest resorts and hotels in the Branson area. That experience taught me that exceptional food is only half the story. The other half is how it makes people feel. Guest satisfaction has never been an afterthought for me, it has always been the entire point.

Now, through The Settler Chef Co., I combine the bold, soulful flavors of my Peruvian roots with the refined technique of luxury hospitality, and I bring all of it directly into your home.
