All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon the execution of a signed Client Service Agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commitment to provide services until that agreement is in place.

3. Bookings & Payments

To secure a booking with The Settler Chef Co. LLC, the following is required:

  • A signed Client Service Agreement outlining the scope of services

  • A deposit payment as specified in that agreement

Your date and event will not be held or confirmed until both of the above have been received. Pricing is customized for each event based on the scope, number of guests, menu complexity, and other factors. Ingredient and grocery costs are billed separately from the service fee and will be outlined in your Client Service Agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by your individual Client Service Agreement. As a general policy:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the deposit, as specified in your agreement.

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

5. Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer

The safety and satisfaction of every guest is our top priority. Clients are solely responsible for disclosing all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions that may affect food preparation before the event. All clients are required to complete and sign our Allergy Disclosure & Liability Waiver, which will be sent after your deposit is received and must be returned at least 7 days before your event date.

The Settler Chef Co. LLC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate disclosed restrictions, but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury resulting from conditions that were not disclosed on the completed waiver. If any guest has a life-threatening allergy, please contact us directly by phone before booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to photographs, written text, recipes, branding, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of The Settler Chef Co. LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
